1. All Volunteers – (new and returning volunteers) click on the Volunteer Application link in the left menu and complete your application. Applications will not become active until review by the system administrator.
2. Volunteer Coordinators and House Captains only can use their login box below to access volunteer reports. To enable this access House captains and Volunteer coordinators must click on the box in the volunteer application ‘Willing and able to serve as House Captain or Volunteer Coordinator’ and complete the password and username information requested.
3. RTOC Board members only can use the RTOC Login to access Board information.

What information is collected?
RTOC collects personally-identifiable information, including name, title, company, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, etc. You are not required to provide information to obtain access to any part of our Web Site.
Our Web Site server also collects the domain names of visitors to our Web Site. This information is aggregated to measure number of visits, average time spent on the RTOC Web Site, pages viewed, etc. We use this information to measure the use of our Web Site and to improve content.

How is my information used?
RTOC's primary goal in collecting personal information is to facilitate our mission of providing low income homeowner with a safe and warm environment and to enable us to contact you to fulfill requests. This information may also be used to provide you with a customized experience on our site, which includes interactive communications, and other services.
The RTOC site may also contain optional surveys and questionnaires asking for information, as well as several opportunities for visitors to ask questions. We use the information you provide to help us design and build better services, to enhance the website, and to provide advice and recommendations. Taking part in any of these segments is always optional.
We also use the information we collect to communicate valuable information about our programs, key events and accomplishments. This communications may be done within the website. face book or twitter accounts as well as promotional emails sent by RTOC, or by third parties under contract with RTOC.
RTOC may perform research on aggregated data of our users' demographics, interests, skills etc. based on the information provided to us when making a request, during a promotion, from surveys and from our server log files. We do this to better understand and leverage the resources of our volunteers and sponsors. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis to prevent identification of personal information relating to any one individual. RTOC may share this aggregated data with our business partners e.g. Rebuilding Together National.
